The way that Adolf Hitler would kill the Jews s very disturbing, killing many of children, men, and women that were Jewish. One way that Hitler would kill the Jews is that he would send the SS troops, the Mobile killing units would arrive in town and round up the undesirables, which were the Jews. The SS troops told them that they would be resettled. They would march the undesirables out of town and shot them in front of a pit. They would make a group of Jews to dig a hole into the ground, and once they were done digging the hole into the ground. The SS troops would instruct them to lay face first in the pit, and once they would do that, the SS troops would shoot the people in the back of the head. Then the next group of undesirables would lay on the bloody dead bodies of the undesirables that were killed first, and then they would keep doing this until they undesirables would be dead and that the pit would be full. Then the next group of people would dig a new hole, and fill it up with the next batches of bodies including their own body. The SS troops would stop doing this because they do not want to waste anymore of their bullets.
The Final solution is that concentration camps were work camps, but however they were turned into extermination camps, to rid the world of the inferior peoples. This was not a good practice , Germans had already been sterilizing feeble minded and by 1939 had practiced Mercy Killing. Children on mercy killings were injected with poison. The killing centers or death camps were to murder large numbers of people. After arriving at the extermination camps, the men were taken to the left to be stripped down of belongings, they would get their head shaved, and get tattooed an identification numbers. Women and children were not as lucky. They were herded to the showers where they were stripped and were forced into the showers. The showers were packed so tight with a bunch of people in it, you could not move. These showers was not even a shower, it just looked like a huge shower, but in reality it was actually a gas chamber. The Zyklon B gas started the agonizing death, when the people would die in the big shower like gas chambers, then other Jews that had to work and they would burn the people's body that had been stacked up in the showers. They would burn their close friends, and even their own families
Good job Alex! You did a good job at describing what would happen to the Jews once they were taken to the death camps. Also you did a great job at telling every single detail on Hitler's final solution which was very disturbing in many ways. Like the showers were women and children would be put in their thinking they were taking a shower when really they were going to be gassed with Zyklon B. Very sad because that is just too far and again sad that the Nazis made it looked like a simple shower when really it was a way to kill a bunch of people within 5 minutes.
ReplyDeleteGreat job on your blog post, you were incredibly detailed and provided many facts of how Hitler killed the Jewish people during this period of time. When we learned about women and children getting put in showers, then gassed with poison. I personally thought that it was terrible, but very interesting at the same time. It was interesting because of how they would do anything to try to get out of that room, like trying to bite, claw, and scratch at the door. Overall, good job on your post.
